Personal data we process

• Contact: the name, company, contact details and message you share when you reach us by e-mail or phone.
• Job applications: the CV you send by e-mail and the information it contains.
• Website: the IP address, browser information, page visited and date and time kept in server logs.

Our website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. When you change the language yourself, a single functional cookie named “nm_lang” stores your choice.

• Answering your requests and questions, handling quotations and business communication
• Evaluating job applications
• Keeping the website secure and running
• Meeting our legal obligations

Collection and legal grounds

Your personal data is collected electronically by e-mail, phone and through the website. It is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK: it is directly related to entering into or performing a contract, it is necessary to meet our legal obligations, and it is necessary for our legitimate interests provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.

Transfers

Limited to the purposes above, your personal data may be shared with the providers of our hosting and e-mail services and, where required by law, with authorised public institutions.

Map service

The map on the contact page is loaded from Google Maps, provided by Google LLC, only when you press “Show map”. In that case information such as your IP address is sent to Google and may be processed abroad. Our address is available without loading the map.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may apply to the data controller to:

• learn whether your personal data is processed,
• request information if it has been processed,
• learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used accordingly,
• know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom your data is transferred,
• request correction if your data is incomplete or inaccurate,
• request erasure or destruction of your data under the conditions of Article 7 of the KVKK,
• request that third parties to whom your data was transferred are notified of such correction, erasure or destruction,
• object to a result against you arising from analysis of your data exclusively by automated systems,
• claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing of your data.

You can send your request in writing to the address above or to [email protected]. Requests are concluded as soon as possible depending on their nature and within thirty days at the latest.
